I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy, and I maintain a private practice in Fullerton, Callifornia.
I am a graduate of Pacific Christian College (now Hope University) where I specialized in Marriage Family Therapy, and I have over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I am currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are relationship therapy with couples and families, and EMDR.
In addition, I have presented at parent and teacher trainings and to general audiences on topics ranging from Attention Deficit Disorder, Parenting of the Difficult Child, and Mid-life Marriage for Boomers.
I am a practical, interactive, Emotionally-Focused therapist. My treatment approach is to provide support and a caring environment to help clients grasp the big picture of what is happening in their relationship and to see the long-standing patterns. I incorporate a blend of conventional and experiential approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
